I believe that all children are motivated to learn when they have the opportunity to make choices in a nurturing and stimulating enviorment, when children are encouraged to interact with their peers and adult in a positive and respectul way in a safe and secure enviorment. As an educator I seek to guide children by facilitating learning activities according to each childs need.
